BARLOW PARK IS HELL

If you are considering moving to Barlow Park Lifestyle Estate and you value you’re peace of mind think again. I have spent the past 5 days with no water due even though Barlow Park on their website and other social media platforms state that they have back up water. There has been nothing of that nature instead we are told that COJ still does not have supply of water. My main concern is the fact water is an essential service and the fact that Barlow Park and their management team have not given their residence alternatives is disgusting to say the least. During this whole entire fiasco I have never felt more degraded and ashamed due to the fact that I can’t go do work and the fact that I cannot take a proper shower even though it’s that time of the month. Even their building manager Bonani is useless as he will insult your intelligence and tell you to send emails- which are rarely attended to- to ithemba properties. This is the first and last time I am enlisting with this property company as they do not care about their people. Besides the water issue we are currently experiencing trust and believe you will have costs that crop out of nowhere in your proforma invoice. Your visitors also have to pay for parking. An individual can’t even get dropped off within them estate due to unknown security reasons. If you want to leave in hell sign a lease with ithemba properties specifically Barlow Park lifestyle estate 😊
