Barlow Park Estate
Barlow Park Estate - HUGE issues with the management of this building. I seldom have a hot shower in the mornings as the water heating system is not functioning properly. If i come home after 22h00 at night, I am literally locked out of the property until such time a security guard wanders along to open the gate for me (why do we not control our own access as residents). My visitors must park in the shopping centre and pay for the parking, yet Residents pay substantial amounts for parking. There are SO MANY poor reviews of this building, there is now a competition with a 50" TV as a prize for positive reviews of the place!! And how exactly will that be measured and a winner determined?? What's more is that i have been there for 5 months and all these additional expenses (which NO Tennent should be paying) such as levies and such are all increasing - before the year is up!!!
The whole place is run like a joke.
