Bad treatment given to me by the management of Ithemba property

I'm Alice I live in ithemba property in westpark 2 unit 104 ILALA.. I am very disappointed and an unhappy the way the management treated me..last month I had a problem with the gate when my car reverse and bend the gate. The building manger came to me that they will bring a bill for me to repair the gate I ask him how much he didn't respond. 2 weeks after he brought a bill of R3500 to pay for the gate . He said I should sign so they can add on my statement I refuse to sign that the money is too much for the damage cause. He said he will contact the portfalo Manger to see if the can reduce the money. But they didn't get back to me . Month end I find the R3500 on my statement for arrears and extra R60 charges. I was so angry i went to the office to complain and they gave me the portfalo Manger number when I spoke that the money is too much for the damage cost and that the went against my wish and put the money on my statement.. .. His reply was he will get back to me to see how we can solve the problem...But since then he never get back to me .. when I call he doesn't answer my call and I text him he doesn't reply my message. With that anger in me i went back to the office... the lady on duty said there's nothing she can do. I'm so disappointed cuz I feel like ithemba is using his customers to mke extra money. That one is pure expoiltation. Cuz I ask them to put the cctv camera let see what happens that day to see if I derserve to pay that amount of money.. I'm one of good tenants that has good records latest is the 5th of every month I have already pay my rent. But now they are pushing out of their property.. The wosrt part of it is that the building manger doesn't see on to my problem.. when I complain about a problem in my flat .He will say he he is going to send let them.come fix but at the end I don't see any one. I'm so so disappointed with ithemba property 😭😭
