Bad system

IThemba property has a terrible working system and they don’t consider tenants needs. I have been writing emails due to not having biometric access/ fingerprint for my kids who I app**** for. They don’t seem to help. It’s over 2 month now and the matter hasn’t been resolved. My kids are struggling to go out or even go to school because of this matter. They keep on telling me my email is not same one as the one on the lease but I used the same email I have on the lease. Every time I call them they say I should write an email yet they don’t respond to them. I’m all the way in Eastern Cape and my kids are struggling in that Urban Olive building because the security don’t want to let them out or in because of this fingerprint matter. Better yet, I pay rent every month but they don’t seem to care about my kids. My kids tried to go to the offices in Jewel city a multiple times but they don’t help them at all. I have sent them multiple emails during the previous two months and I’m still doing that even now but they don’t care at all. I don’t know what more should I do anymore
