Bad Service

I enquired with Mzukisi and then he sent me to Elzabe after he said he was starting with my application at this point I hadn’t even viewed the place I didn’t even know this Elzabe girl and then they approved my application some day and then they were busy putting pressure on me to pay for the lease because it was expiring on the 5th so on the Sunday I wanted to view the place and I was told that they don’t work so I then ended up paying because of the picture I had seen on the add and then now today I want to view and what I saw I didn’t like and it was not what was in the picture…. So I then told the girl that I don’t like it so she needs to find me something else and then I get a call from Mzukisi busy shouting at me mind you I am a customer and busy blaming me for not viewing but he never said anything I had to be there one to ask about the viewing and then again now I am being told that I can’t get my refund back but I was told to pay even before viewing the place
