Bad Service

I hate to say this but I liked Ithemba, we stayed at The Diamond to be specific, it was okay until someone paid using our reference, how I don't know, then later they told us that we are behind with rent, when I went to enquire they told us that it was our fault, we didn't argue, we paid what they told us we owed, then we moved out, we wrote a notice as we should, a month later we still haven't received our deposit, when we ask they said they will pay, but all of a sudden they are telling us that they are going to charge us the penalty of terminating the lease which they did not state when we put on the notice, Ithemba is ****, I wouldn't advance anyone.
