bad service
i am a tenant at Hofman Newyorker. For the past 5 weeks we've had issues with water (Hot and Cold). no one seems to care to assist. i have filled-in the maintenance form twice already. We are charged for water, sanitation and boiler but we seldom use them . we as tenants experience this every winter.
