Bad management

I would like to share my disgust at how this company handles visitors that come visit their establishment.

My car was towed away from a public paying parking on the grounds that I had parked there *******ly which was not the case, a sticker was put on my car and it advise if you have an issue with what is written on the sticker contact the building manager which I did(Jeckina clearly stated to me that it won't be a problem since I do drive the vehicle out of the parking and then proceed to pay for the parking, this was however disregarded when my vehicle was towed her claim was that I wasn't clear on which car am talking about and how long my vehicle was parked for which is a lie cause I clearly stated to her my car is a red Toyota Tazz that i just drove in with they towed my car without my consent and me not present when that was done, now I want my car back am being told to pay for towing fee and to produce original documents proving that the car is mine which is bull**** cause none of that was required when they were making plans to tow my vehicle.

The company is absolving themselves from any wrongdoing though I did follow the instructions as per their sticker.

The building manager is not taking responsibility in her part, she could have called on the day and advise that my vehicle is being taken I should move or pay for the packing, now am forced to pay fees to have my car back which was not supposed to have been taken in the first place.

This will go a legal route as I was inconvenienced in this whole process where I was not able to perform my duties for 3days due to this.
