Bad exprience from managers

Never consider ithemba property for leasing,their service is very poor and I do not understand why they have a building manager on site,I just came from home and I could not find my key,I notified the security guards and they started looking for a key at around 8,they notified the building manager who promised that he will come and sort it out..an hour later when he is called he nolonger answers the phone,it's 01h31 I have no place to sleep due to the building not having a simple spare key or even the guts to address the matter buy the manager, I miss how afhco was running this place
