Bad Company / Customer Service
As off march 2024 I had an signed affidavit arranged to be paying my rental on 15th of every month and it’s been like this for the past few years only to have it changed without my consent and all your agents saying they can longer find a signed affidavit submitted documents to your property! Now im with Tracy who calls her self the manager showing me my account dashboard saying I had not been paying before 15 but the records shows something else that I had actually been making split payment and she went ahead telling me I can’t and not allowed make split payment that’s when I asked her can I record her saying all these cause I can’t believe she making such statement And she stood up left me there sitting and all along I was thinking im going attended to by another senior colleague which I didn’t next I was told the guards will remove me for questioning things that seems off to me ! It clearly shows you guys just want our money without listening to us ! The unauthorized visitor issue as well going on for the past 6months proves you all about money and not our well being ! This is really sad having deal with security guards daily and then nonchalant manager think head over heels ! I wonder what requirements you guys use when taking workers for your offices gosh !
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Following a thorough review and further investigation of the concerns you raised, we have identified several instances over recent months where your rental payments were not settled in accordance with the agreed arrangement.
We acknowledge that a payment arrangement was granted on your account permitting rental payment on the 15th of each month, despite rent being contractually due on the 1st. This exception was extended as an accommodation and was neither amended nor withdrawn. However, our records indicate that the terms of this arrangement were not consistently met.
Specifically, the agreement required that the full rental amount be settled by the 15th of each month. Our financial records reflect that on multiple occasions, outstanding balances remained on the 15th and were only settled thereafter. Regrettably, this constitutes non-compliance with the agreed payment terms.
Should you wish to review the detailed transactional history supporting the above, kindly log a ticket via email or through our App, and we will promptly provide a comprehensive statement covering the period from the commencement of the arrangement to date.
With regard to the incident at our offices, please note that you were escorted from the premises after the interaction with the staff member assisting you began escalating due to your conduct. The situation caused discomfort among other tenants and staff members present at the time. In order to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both staff and tenants, it was necessary to politely request that you leave the premises.
We trust this clarifies the matter and remain available should you require any further assistance.
Kind Regards
