Bad Bad service . Not recommending Anyone to stay at any ITemba Building

Bad Bad services .. in fact it feels like I’m paying 4200 to stay in a pit it no water or electricity. No communication from the building Manager . No contingency Plan . How can we be so ******** about this . I will definitely be moving out and never recomending anyone to stay in any Ithemba Building. It’s been 13 hours with no lights and 23 hours with no water . This is a health and safety risk especially considering that we have kids at Elevate . This is A horror movie
