Bad bad just bad

I have been having issues with a pipe that’s connected to the toilet it’s licking for close to 2 months and the shower drainer,my mom who i leave with reported and was told to fill in a form which she did this was before Good Friday, I saw the maintenance guy and told him his reply was there is still a lot of tenants who reported before and must be attended,I was shocked !seriously guys is that how we being treated I don’t even understand why we have a caretaker because we are not being taken care of,a friend of mine wanted a place to stay ,I did not even hesitate I took her straight to ahfco building at End street because they mean business,I can’t wait for my contract to end in September so i can leave
