Bad all round service

Every building and property owners prides themself with high security and the works, so does eyethu house.

This morning or whenever it happened my car was broken into and the battery was ****** by the car park. It was written in their books that security only saw this at 5am, I just don't understand why I was not informed/called on cellphone or how when there is 24/7 cctv surveillance and according to their boards by security bad boy security services this was somehow not seen at all. This is not the first time it happens and with such knowledge no alert is made to people who park their cars there... It states nowhere that one parks under own risk but rather emphasized on every board of the safety of the building.

I just want to know if there is a way forward to this cause honestly it doesn't make sense and the building manager only wants to start discussing such after 8am.

I am disappointed and angry and willing to take the matter further.
