Awful Service

Do not ever sign a lease with this company. The one star is very generous. There are no words to capture how terrible and completely *********** the entire company is. The unprofessionalism is engrained in every single staff member, from the bottom up. From the lack of assistance to rude caretakers who address private issues and concerns in a lobby full of other tenants, the list is endless. Nothing is done when you log maintenance queries but they're quick to switch off your lights when your rent is late, even by a day. The only thing they're good at is ******ion and humiliation. Even after receiving confirmation that I'd successfully terminated my lease, I had securities telling me I can't leave without filling in some unnecessary form and receiving approval from the caretaker, even though I'd provided them with proof that my lease ends on 30/09/2021. What a nauseating experience. I could go on forever about how much this company sucks but just typing this is ****ing me off further. Save yourself the headache.
