Avoid The Diamond - Jewel City
AVOID coming to this properties. The Diamond in Jewel City is the WORST building out of them all. We have power outage every month for more than 48 hours & they could not be bothered to help with a generator to keep our lights on. Since 11 December 9am we had no electricity our food is rotten & thrown. BM will tell you shes just an employee. Its four days without electric yet they do not want to provide a generator for us until CityPower brings back power back yet City Power has brought back power for our next door building neighbours except The Diamond only. Makes me wonder if they owe CityPower or something cause CityPower just says they will escalate the matter.
