Thandeka Nyathi were able to send people to help me within 24 hours after reporting my problem but the problem seemed to have not been resolved when I came back from work, she went extra miles and sent professional plumber which they acted so swiftly to a problem of a water pipe bust, to date I can sleep a baby sleep without worrying about my house being flooded by water. Her and Slindile showed a very good customer service, even though I got angry at some point, but they made sure that I understand that they are also trying to help me, they are so calm and showed great teamwork with Slindile following up if I got the assistance that I needed and I am satisfied with their performance, they're very professional.
