Appalling Building management

Ithemba Properties has been the most useless agency I've ever rented from. There is constant disturbance and noise and more appalling is the ****** behavior by neighbors. Building management and management team does absolutely nothing to address the issues. They have a so called anonymous line to report disturbances where your messages ignored and not even the so called security do anything about the noise and tenants who cause disturbances. When requesting to terminate the agreement with them and move else where they are quick to want to penalize and withhold deposits. Utter useless service I would never recommend any one looking to rent look near their direction.
