Angry tenant

I am extremely disappointed at the treament we are being subjected to here at Eyethu House. It is nothing less of abusive and at this rate i would not recommend anyone to come and stay here. At the moment i am even scared to go out of the flat because apparently the security here is so bad that they did not allow me, a tenant of 6 years into the building yesterday because my Fingerprint is not working, a problem they are well aware of. They even had the audacity to tell me to call the owner of the building if i want to get in. I had to spend thirty minutes in the cold fighting for my right to enter the building in which i pay rent for. I am considering leaving this godforsaken place.
