****** and unfair treatment
Barlow Park has back up generators and they never experience power outages. The Diamond has had this issue since the beginning of time but no back up generators for us?? are you guys mad? people cook at reception, its ridiculous. I am calling the EFF for mass strike, mark my words, you guys are the worst and being unfair you want black people's business but cant offer a proper service

Apologies for the inconvenience, we are awaiting City Power to complete Restoration of the sub-station the restoration reference number from City is : CP***
Only one of our buildings have full backup generators, which is Barlow Park. The generators in other buildings only power essentials like the biometrics access, surveillance system and elevators.
The generator at The Onyx has the exact same generator as the one at The Diamond, the only reason why Onyx has electricity during this time is because Onyx is on a completely different PowerGrid than of the one at The Diamond. If you would like to check if the generator at The Onyx is running you are free to request the building manager to show you that it is, indeed, not running and that the power at The Onyx is only up because it is on a different PowerGrid.
