An entire joke!!

Giving 1 only because I cant give zero. Having to move into my flat I had to beg them and ***** and moan before I got my key. My decoder hasnt been provided. The wifi stopped working now and I was told it would be fixed today. Useless building manager asks for proof that I paid. I sent him a screenshot of the sms thanking me for payment. Then he asks me to send him my statement so he can send it to the office.. HOW SWAY??? Isnt it the office that prepared the statement IN THE FIRST PLACE, received the money and sent the sms acknowledging that ive paid. Good thing the rental housing act allows for early termination of lease under certain circumstances because WOW!!!!!! Never again
