Am struggling with my ui19

Yooh i am experienceing a very huge problem at Ithemba property I hope management can see this review because I have been struggling to get help since last year September, I was one of their learners for just one year so now am trying to apply for uif, I can't get any help their hr Mabli is being so rude is not helping she's telling me that she won't help me I've called more than 100 times I hope this reach the Ithemba managements because I really need my Ui19 but Mbali from eyethu house doesn't want to help me
