Alpha Apartments Management Queries
I am lodging a formal complaint against the grossly *********** and ********* management at The Alpha Apartments. Your staff is blatantly manipulative, utterly disloyal, and consistently fails to honor even the most basic promises. I raised a straightforward request to adjust my payment date, which you arbitrarily refused. In retaliation, you have now cut off my Wi-Fi and electricity, actions that are not only unprofessional but outright punitive and unacceptable. This level of service is intolerable, and I demand immediate resolution.

Please be advised that we do not disconnect electricity due to non-payment. Should you experience any electrical faults, kindly contact your building manager, who will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
We would also like to remind you that rental is due on the 1st of each month, in accordance with your lease agreement. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in value-added services being temporarily suspended until payment is received.
If you wish to change your payment due date to the 15th of each month, kindly send an enquiry to our team on ***, and one of our agents will guide you through the application process.
