I'd like to give many thanks to Simphiwe Msimanga for his unwavering assistance. I wanted to terminate my lease early due to financial hardship and Simphiwe promptly came to my rescue. It's a result of his patience and understanding that I was able to cope through the financial hardship while retaining my tenancy with iThemba.
