I'd like to share my heartfelt gratitude to one of your amazing agents, Simphiwe Msimang for his outstanding assistance!!! We had gone through a process of terminating our lease and he has been exceptionally helpful, patient and very understanding to our needs as tenants at Ithemba. This man deserves some sort of recognition, his customer service skills are out of this world!!!
