A MOMENT FOR NTOKOZO MNGOMEZULU

I would like us to take a moment to appreciate the awesome service I have received from Ntokozo Mngomezulu. She has dealt with a few of my queries in the past aside from the unfortunate decision to terminate my lease. She has not left any stone unturned, has always follow-up with the relevant persons/departments to get my query handled and gets back to me within the same day. We do not experience service like this nowadays. THANK YOU SO MUCH NTOKOZO!!! And I wish you well.

To add on, my experience at Situation East was not as I expected, nonetheless the high ceilings, large windows and ample apartment space made summer afternoons and sunsets the most pleasant experience ever.
