Moving to this Ithemba was the biggest mistake I made in my life. They send maintenance guys to come to your room without your knowledge and then the guy will ***** things from your room, when you lodge a complaint they tell you to open a case knowing very well that they will not give out any information regarding the person who stole your belongings. I left lost two phones and other items n all i was told was that “they let the guy go so he won’t be a threat anymore”. When i ask thm about my belongings they tell me to go look at my lease agreement, they are not liable for any ****** items. I have asked yo move out and they charged me a ridiculous amount. The day i move out from this hell hole will be the day i find peace of mind
