have had an extremely disappointing experience with Ithemba Property Management. For over 23 days, I have been trying to get assistance regarding my deposit refund, and to date, I have received no proper feedback or resolution. Calls and emails go unanswered, and on several occasions, calls have been hung up mid-conversation. Despite reaching out to multiple people, including Thabang Ramashala, who has been ignoring my messages, and Sabelo, who even blocked me on WhatsApp after I requested help, I have made no progress whatsoever. I was also promised feedback from Nandi, but that has not happened either. This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company to be very careful, my experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely unresolved.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our staff, and want to assure you that the matter has been escalated to the appropriate internal channels for further investigation and resolution.
Please note, as per our standard procedures, a formal notice to vacate form was provided to you for completion. Unfortunately, this form was not returned to us. Despite this, the move-out proceeded without a formal notice being captured in our system. In such instances, where no proper notice is given, the early departure is classified as a breach of lease and is therefore treated as an absconding.
As outlined in our lease agreement, when this occurs, the deposit is app**** toward covering any outstanding rental charges and final costs related to the unit.
Should you require a breakdown of the final charges or have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
