5 Star Service at Ithemba Property

Looking for affordable Accomodation in Johannesburg CBD - can be a challenge

Trust me I know - I have stayed in different flats and the terrible service can get you packing without thinking twice - I am not about naming and shaming any company - but I feel compelled to praise this one.

1. Ithemba Property management has made the process which is usually stressfull -so easy through technology - no thousand forms to fill.

2. I got to be helped by a young gentlemman Katleho Mothopi when I approached Ithemba for accomodation - his proffesional approach and mannerism is par excellence - I come from a Corporate environment and I wished that his CEO knew that Katleho is representing the Ithemba brand so well - Ithemba means Hope - His service gave me Hope in Humankind - in Johannesburg where you dont get good service anywhere - especially as Black on Black - no politics intended.

Katleho Mothopi is an asset to the Ithemba company - 5 Star Rating

3. My stay at The Diamond - 5 Star rating for the Building Managers Jerkinah and Makoma - Their service made me feel at home away from my real home .

4. Life happens and I found myself having to downgrade from two bedroom flat to a one bedroom flat. Transfer agent Lebogang made a vulnerable process seem normal and bearable through his Humane and proffesional aproach. I am still here at Ithemba thanks to Katleho and Lebogang who really keep their service par excellence. 5 Star Rating for these 2 gentlemen. 5.The move to the new building - The Onyx became such a smoothe transition thanks to the professional aproach and services of the Co-Building manager Lehonolo and all the Reception and secutity personel at the Onyx.

I can happily refer a person to get accomodation at Ithemba based on my experience with the above 5 people who had direct impact to my application process and right up to my stay at Ithemba Property apartments.
