2nd complain about NOISE
I complained about noise a few days ago, a reply was that they'll reiterate/reinforce the level of noise in this place (The Diamond) after certain times of the night. It's the 15th, 03:47 and there's loud music as though there's a party going on. These people don't take us seriously, they're just after our rent money and that's it. They don't give a **** about our concerns. This place and the entire management is a joke... I hate it here!!!
