Purchase Place is one of the worst places you could ever live in. There’s so much ****roaches it’s like someone comes with a bucket of 7kg’s everyday to fill them up. There’s always noise, no one is doing anything about it. The security guards are rude af. So rude. Terrible terrible place. Unless you want to feel unsafe and have a ****roach fetish don’t even bother no matter how good they sell it. Rent is always going up but there’s hardly ever improvements. The lifts are always broken, like just fix the lifts and improve the interior what the hell
