Great Service From Nelia Mabena.

From the day I moved into the unit I'm currently occupying which was last month I've been nothing but extremely depressed, I'm not gonna dispute the fact that reason I ended up I'm this place is my fault that I acknowledge.

Since my issue started in November the staff from Ithemba has been nothing but beyond helpful with a full reassurance from Simphiwe @ the Purchase place and Mr Busani (BM at Urban 8) however that was before I actually realized what I've gotten myself into.

I got into my new place and I've never been so depressed by a property that Is not even mine, I tried requesting a transfer to no avail at that time. I've been sending emails until I completely lost hope that was when I was texted by my heavenly sent Nelia Mabena (Transferring Agent) informing me that she will be assisting with the transfer. I got excited for a moment until she informed me that my affordability won't allow me to occupy the unit that I can be transferred to😭😭 I just wondered why i wasn't staying at the building with height cause I would have jumped once.

My heavenly sent Nelia did not just stop by telling me the unfortunate news she went extra miles in making sure that my issue is resolved, Sis showed both empathy & sympathy she practically made sure that my shoes fits into her feel regardless of the size and smell.

I'm truly impressed and beyond grateful with how you've managed to assist me in 1 day, Consistency is one of your biggest strength Sis Nelia.
