Refund issue

I app**** at ithemba institute of technology in november 2020 for grade 8. The school is at tladi township in soweto previously known as tladi secondary.I filled the forms and submitted all the necessary documents I was informed that the fees for 2021 will R15 000 for the whole that I should pay R2000 end of November,R3000 end of december and R1000 every month january till october. I paid the required R2000 end of november and on the 14th of december I submitted the year results for my child reaching the school I was informed the school won't be operating in 2021 to my surprise no one called me even when I paid the R2000 and was only informed on the last day of the school I was given refund forms to fill and up to this day I haven't been paid the school is now closed and when I call them I'm told they are overdrawn that I will be paid but it's now mid february and still no redund and no communication. Please help
