excess fees not reimbursed

this school owes me some money from fees I paid in excess for my daughter while she was attending there. They are now giving me the run-arounds regards repayment. At first they threw a bomb on us at the beginning of the year, an ultimatum of paying full annual fees, getting an eduloan to do just that or finding another school for our kids. I did just that - found her another school and now they're taking their time paying back. last year we paid fr ipads then waited the whole year and by the time my daughter left the school this year, there were still no ipads. we were told we'd be reimbursed but now they say they've made payments but can't find the proof.
