Terrible customer service

Ithala Bank Newcastle Branch is closed this week and it only has one branch in the Newcastle. It has been closed for the duration of the week without notice to it's customer electronically one has to find out the hard way, by wasting money in transport to get there to an unclear message that they are closed and to use other branches 50 or more kilometres away. The problem is that it's month end, obvious no money and we need our money but there are no clear directive on when and why it closed nor will they open. Some sneered access to their money for burials of which they cannot access. Please help because even the head office has no clearly indication of what's going on anxiety is beginning to kick in. They hang up on us when we call, they don't know what is happening either...Please help, we are in the midst of a pandemic and I need my money, not loan access to our money.
