Terrible Business Model- Service technology systems

I'm banking with Ithala (SOC), It happens that I forgot my card pin and I'm in Johannesburg so the online banking does not have the option to update my card pin, and the only solution is that I come to the branch in Durban (KZN) so that they create me a new card but unfortunately all of their branch currently they out of stock with bank card since their supply is an overseas supplier who prints and manufactures their cards. I am currently in the process to close the account and move to another Bank. The inconvenience is too much.
