Poor customer service

I am so disappointed with the service experience at Ithala bank KwaMnyandu Mall by a consultant named Andiswa Mnyandu. She is so rude and unsympathetic. I was in the queue in the branch and it had been passed closing time at the branch @11..My daughter needed to used the toilet, i asked the security for help who then referred me to Andiswa who was rude and had the audacity to give me an ultimatum saying that my daughter could not use the staff toilets which i understood and went on to tell me that if i walk out of the branch i will not be able to come back to the branch for assistance..Very unfortunate firt time experience at Ithala Bank.
