Poor administration at Ithala Bank Ladysmith

We have banked with Ithala bank almost more than 7 years. On the 28May2018 we visited Estcourt Ithala Branch to withdraw cash for the NPO. We were told our signatures we used to sign do not match with the ones we used to open the account in Ladysmith. The signatures that was shown on the bank papers was the ones we use 7 or 8 years back. We have changed signatories almost 3times and Ladysmith branch claimed that they did not have such records. We were not assisted unfortunately and we're advised to go to Ladysmith. POOR ADMIN at it's best
