NO RESPONSE, NO ASSISTANCE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to apply for the pension backed home loan with IThala Bank for the past three weeks, precisely even more than three weeks. The lady responsible for NJPF backed home loans, is often unavaible "not at her desk" or "busy with a client". when you finally get hold of her she offers very little assistance if any. I say this because she only gave me an alternate email address to submit my application and that was it .I am not saying that I am demanding the approval of my application, but can the submission be noted and vetted accordingly. I will accept the outcome and try elsewhere.
