No response

I had a house that was sold on auction in 2013,the attorney of the bank told me that I wont be reliable for municipal account from then on, until now the account is still in my name and no one is assisting me when I call them, I'm not staying in that property so rates fees I cant pay them. They took my number and promise to call me backup until now, I was told the acc is handled by PZ Ziqubu.
