no money in account

An amount of money have been deposited by itala bank into my standard bank account 3 days ago and nothing is reflecting in my account as yet. I have contacted itala bank and they told me it would take 2 days but still nothing. I want to know why is it taking so long to reflect if the money was deposited 3 days ago.
