Ithala Richards Bay poor customer service

My sister has been struggling to get assistance with renewing her bank card since it is expiring and she is concerned her insurance is going to lapse.Yesterday she was in the queue for more than 3 hours…only to be told they have to go home they have to come back today at 7:30.Is this the normal practice at your banking institutions?

Some of these people come from far and have to pay money to get to town.Now to have to go back home and come back the next day is a huge inconvenience.

I called in and spoke to Nqobile to enquire about this and i found no joy. I suggest she also reviews her customer ettiquette skills.
