Ithala Bank Has The Worst Service

My family and I are currently experiencing the worst service from this bank. Our father passed last year and left an inheritance in this bank. Their protocols are not innovative, sluggish and frustrating for their clients. All documents from Department of Justice were submitted to them and they told us that they have to mail the documents back to Department of Justice for confirmation. What kind of a bank does this when there is technology and effective ways of doing business to ensure they service their clients efficiently. We have been waiting for months for that confirmation because a slow mail was used. Knowing very well how government departments work, they probably have not even opened that letter from the bank. This bank has no sense of customer service just to stall the process of giving clients what is due to them. I don't know why my dad chose this bank to keep our inheritance because they are the worst. They are just not forward thinking and I don't see it operating in the future. Thala bank look at your peers and their business models, it's time to be efficient and effective.
