Ithala bank

I have been a member of the stockvel group at Ithala bank , when COVID hit two of these ladies that were part of the stokvel told me they were no longer contributing because of financial issues, because I was already committed to saving money I continued as usual , our discussion was that , they we will only go to ithala bank after February since the bank is busy so that I can get my money as I was contributing, there was nothing discussed regarding closing of the account,

Little did I know that these ladies are going to change on me , the first person that was going to sign with me was failed to attend appointments that we were both arranging to go to the bank , to a point where she decided to throw the bank book to my yard without me knowing when I have directed her where to put the book. I felt disrespect she then later told me she was not going to do as I have asked her since she's not my student,

I then moved to the second lady she agreed to come and sign , then later changed her mind they called her from the bank she made an empty promise until today.

My issue is I can't force adults to come and sign if they don't want to , I find the bank also holding on to my money they don't even want to here my side of the story I have enough evidence that the money belongs to me , all that I'm being told is to ask these people who are not interested because they know they never contributed , Ithala bank is using my situation for their own benefits, for how long are they going to keep this money ? As little as it is this money is part of the billions that you profiting from other clients. I wonder what are my rights to this whole situation .
