<p>my mother passed away on the 08/10/2016 and she had a funeral cover with Ithala bank and i have to say that they were the easiest peaple to deal with . i went to Ithala bank on monday the 10/10/2016 i spoke to a gentlement by the name of Cedric Magaqa who explain the whole process in detail and after 24hrs he called me to come through and after 48hrs the money was paid to my bank account and we could give my mother a dignified funeral , I WOULD LIKE TO SEND A BIG THANK TO ITHALA BANK AND THE IXOPO TEAM .
