Customer service sucks

The miscommunication that happens in this bank and their staff on umgeni road branch have no customer service whatsoever,the changes they have on almost every now and than and they end up not communicating with the clients with regards to their changes ,I will not advise anyone to use this bank and the lack of techonogical progress
