Complaint

I would like to raise my concern regarding the consistency of your systems being offline or not keeping records of clients documents. Its been well over week of non payment from the finance department because of endless system issues. There is no sense of urgency regarding this. The department has processed the payments however your system are not functioning. This is unacceptable coming from you as you know we need fund to get on with our services that needs to be provided to schools. Whoever is not doing there job needs to be dealt with as this is causing an awful experience.
