Warranty Dispute : Compact Surge High Voltage Generator

KNITS is dissatisfied with the warranty issue lodged with ITE Global South Africa. We purchased the Compact Surge High Voltage Generator on 02 April 2025 and received it on 14 May 2025. The supplier’s instructor did not conduct the demonstration properly, stating that the cable provided was too short and promising to return with a 10m cable, but never returned. When the machine failed to read results, we informed the supplier, who again said the instructor would come. Unfortunately, the machine later burned out. The supplier has now claimed this was due to incorrect timer settings, denied the warranty, and furnished us with repair quotes, insisting KNITS is liable. We maintain that the machine is still under warranty and request that ITE Global honor its obligations by repairing or replacing the defective unit.
