Poor Work Ethic with No Regard

Unprofessional. No communication. We have about 70 emails where they dodge the situation. Our latest (but definitely not the 1st or 7th) issue has been unresolved for 9 months now. We are still waiting for someone to give us a straight answer. Machines are faulty but they still deduct the monthly payments. Always check the invoices as they will continue to debit your account for previous contracted printers. **************** comes to mind.
