my 5 year contract for the actual system expired 2 years ago...in the fine print it it said if we dont cancel the contract 90 days before the expiry it continues to the next year, Why was there no \refresher"call to remind me of the expected expiry? as other service providers do... actaully i know why.....you clearly bank on the fact that most companies forget about the contract after 5 years knowing very well that you keep deducting from the account...FYI......i would have more than likely renewed the contract if ITEC did.<br> <br> i have received no service calls in that time either"
