Cancellation of Debit Order
I cancelled a service contract with Itec at newcatle on August 2014.I gave them three months notice and told them to stop deducting from January 2015.I was so surprised in January when they deduct in January 2015 then I went to the bank and reverse the deduction.This month they deducted money for two months.<br> I would like them to stop deducting and reimburse the money they have deducted as soon as possible because I did cancel the contract with them.
